In February we went to Disneyland with three of my siblings and their families. We stayed at a house in Anaheim, went to California Adventure one day, Disneyland the next, and swam and played with cousins the day after that. It was a great way to do Disneyland.
It was Emma's first time at Disneyland! She danced and hopped all over the place, insisted on pushing the stroller most of the day, insisted wearing her new (adorable) boots and her purple necklace, and would have been happy to just eat and ride the carousel all day. In California Adventure she loved all the little kid rides in Cars Land and A Bug's Land, and while she, Will, and Noah watched the older cousins on Grizzly Rapids she cried when she got soaking wet. At Disneyland she didn't know who most of the Disney princesses were (she does now) but it was unbelievably cute to see her and her cousin Ellie meeting Snow White, Belle, and Cinderella. She got to see Nemo on the Submarine (but her favorite part was the bubbles) and we got to watch as Will fought Darth Vader (or "Darth Mater" as she calls him) in the Jedi training class. She had much more stamina than either Taylor or I expected.
But I guess when you start your day off like this:
You know it's going to be a good day.

Love her boots and those beads!
