It felt like the weeks following Luke's birth were all about family members and friends coming to visit us and meet Luke. But the most important meeting happened in the hospital the day after his birth--when Taylor brought Will and Emma to meet their new little brother.
They were instant fans.
In fact, Emma didn't want anybody to hold him but her, including me. She got mad when I had to take him to feed him and didn't like it when the nurse came to check on him. But it was all out of love. She also kept saying how "tyoot" baby "Yoot" was and Will just kept telling us proudly, "The baby likes me."
Straight from heaven above, to a loving family! It is a special time for sure!
