When Levi was born, suddenly Luke went from baby to boy. He looked HUGE to me, started talking more, playing more independently, and just acting like a more like a big kid. It made my heart swell and break at the same time watching him transform from little brother to big brother. Once things settled (a tiny bit) after the first couple weeks, Luke started to get really interested in Levi. He desperately wanted to hold him but would get bored after about 2 seconds and push him away, then beg to hold him again a couple seconds later. He insisted on bringing me every possible thing Levi might need while I was nursing: pacifier, blankets, diapers--anything he could find that he had seen me use for Levi. I'm not entirely sure when Luke started calling him Waydi, but that name has stuck and that's all we call him now.
